Consultation enquiries
The consultation form collects your name, email, contact preference, optional phone number, practice area, brief description and optional preferred appointment details. With your consent, these are stored securely for the authorized administrator to review and respond. Please avoid confidential documents, account numbers or highly sensitive details. Preferred appointment details do not confirm a booking.
Spam prevention
The consultation form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated submissions. When verification is configured, Google may process browser, device and connection information under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Verification tokens are checked by the server and are not stored with consultation requests.
Stephen discovery assistant
The guided assistant uses your selected topic to display practice information. It has no free-text input and does not send your selection to an AI provider.
Website services
The website is prepared for hosting through Hostinger. Administrator sign-in uses a protected session. Photographs are served with the website. Hosting and Google reCAPTCHA may process connection information under their own policies.
Administration
Administrator sign-in is used to control editing access and access to consultation requests. Published slideshow content, uploaded images and office contact information are stored for website delivery. Consultation requests are stored in the website database and are restricted to the authorized administrator.
